There are many photos of famous people on Harley Davidson Motorcycles but the one most people think of is the photo of Peter Fonda in the movie “Easy Rider” (1969). This is easily one of the most famous motorcycle photos ever. Riding on the Harley “Chopper” across the United States establishes Fonda as the “King of Cool” and will be forever remembered in this classic picture.
Of course, when talking about cool pictures of Harleys, you can’t leave out the Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) riding on the Harley “Fat Boy.” After traveling through time, the Terminator steals a biker’s clothes and his “Fat Boy” Harley and chases after John Conner. This was the first time anyone had seen the bike and therefore made its debut in the movie “Judgment Day” in 1991.
Perhaps you are an Elvis Presley fan and remember some of his movies where he rode motorcycles. In his 1967 movie “Clambake,” Elvis rode a Harley and was on the cover of the Harley magazine. One of the coolest photos ever is of Steve McQueen jumping over a barbed wire fence in “The Great Escape.” Bud Ekins actually made the jump in the movie. The stunt has to be one of the greatest motorcycle jumps of all time.
