The Outer Banks Harley-Davidson Rally

The Outer Banks motorcycle rally is located on the Barrier Islands along the coast of the states of Virginia and North Carolina. This rally is in its sixth year and four local Harley Davidson dealerships sponsor it annually. Last year over twenty thousand riders attended the rally. Over fifty vendors set up at three different locations and twice as many are expected to attend this year. These vendors offer every imaginable item pertaining to motorcycles and their riders.

The event supports the Corolla Wild Horse Fund that protects the wild Spanish wild horses that number over twelve thousand on the islands. It also supports the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Live music and a bikini contest provide the entertainment. New this year will be a tattoo art show and a scavenger hunt. In Milwaukee a 105th celebration for Harley Davidson motorcycles was held this year at Lakefront and Summerfest Festival. The parade to start this event off begins at Miller Park.

All proceeds from the ride benefit the Muscular Dystrophy and Jerry’s Kids charities. This is a two day celebration and features an antique custom bike show. Food, music, and fireworks await the rider that attends this. The Myrtle Beach fall rally is in its ninth season. They have swap meets and entertainment to enjoy. Different contests along with many vendors await the rider to attend and visit. Many excellent restaurants offer wonderful seafood menus.

Poker runs and bike shows are the main attractions available. The city has many rules and there is never any trouble here if you obey the laws. Respect the citizens and the locations to them as you visit this great rally.
